Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D., Christina Ctorides, J.D. & Francisco J. Rodriguez, J.D. have decades of combined experience practicing law related to health care.  This includes medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, Medicare and Medicaid fraud, mass torts, Federal Tort Claims Act litigation, and False Claims Act litigation. The attorneys have extensive experience in the practice areas and have written and lectured on all areas of medical and health care law.

The professional staff has been educated at some of the country's premier law schools.  Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D., J.D. is a former president of the New Jersey Association for Justice, formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America-New Jersey, and Franciscj J. Rodriguez, J.D. is currently the President-Elect of the New Jersey Association for Justice. Two of the partners are certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Civil Trial Attorneys.  Lee S. Goldsmith, M.D., J.D. is a physician as well as an attorney, and also of counsel to the firm is an attorney who is a Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist.
