President-Elect of the Association for the 2012-2013 year. Mr.
Rodriguez will automatically become President of the Association in June
of 2013.
Francisco J. Rodriguez, Esq. was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Certification – Civil Trial Law Certification Committee.
His term expires on December 31, 2013. This committee reviews the
applications, creates and grades the examination for those attorneys who
wish to become certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Civil
Trial Attorneys. Mr. Rodriguez himself has been certified by the

Martinotti, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County-Law Division as Co-Liason Counsel for the Yaz, Yasmin, and Ocella Mass Tort Litigation. As Co-Liason Counsel, Mr. Rodriguez will direct the litigation of what is expected to be over a thousand cases of women injured by these birth control pills to a swift resolution.
